SERVICES Venue, Date and Time The Bilisim Summit '06 and Forum@Bilisim, which will take place between 5-9 September 2006 at the Tüyap Fair and Congress Center, Beylikdüzü, will start every day at 08:30 with registrations. The forums will start at 10:00 and end at 17:00. Tüyap Fair and Congress Center, Beylikdüzü, İstanbul Tel: (212) 886 68 43 Fax: (212) 886 62 43 Transportation If you want to come by private car, you can use the road map on the location information page Beside this, within the frame of Bilisim Summit and CeBIT Bilisim Eurasia shuttle bus services of IETT will be organized for the transportation to the Exhibition and Congress Center of Tüyap Beylikdüzü. Detailed information on departure times are given at the web page http://www.cebitbilisim.com/ulasim_iett Registration On-line registration can be made via www.bilisimzirvesi.com.tr You can register for the Bilşsim Summit '06 on 5th of September 2006, without charge. On September 6-8, 2006, the meetings of the Forum@Bilisim are subject to a daily or full fee registration. Forum@Bilisim fee will include; Entrance to Forum@Bilisim, Entrance to CeBIT Bilişim Eurasia fair for the days registered, An event bag and documentation Tea and Coffees For participants, who have not registered until September 5, 2006 and wish to do it at location, the registration will start at 8:30. Important note: We recommend our participants to register on the event location between 8:30 and 10:00. Coded Invitation Registration Within the frame of the Bilisim Zirvesi '06 and Forum@Bilisim , enterprises taking part in the forum will distribute their invitations, which will have determined passwords. They have at a certain quota to their special guest and customers, of which the participation they want. These entrance card will cover full daily attendance. Owners of these invitations have to carry out on-line reply through the web site with the password indicated on the right top corner of the invitation and show their coded invitations at the registration acceptance desk when entering. Attendence to Meetings Participants will join the forums by letting their nametags, specially printed with barcodes, read by the systems located in front of the halls. Customer Relations and Contact Center Platform Bilgi Yönetimi A.Ş. will provide all necessary calls to be made during the summit Bilisim Summit '06 and Forum@Bilisim. Wireless Network System Bilisim Summit '06 and Forum@Bilisim participants will have the opportunity to use Internet Access by the wireless system powered by ZyXEL. Information System As it has been done in recent years, this year the plasma screens will inform the daily program in details too. İnterprobis A.Ş. will provide the software support of the software content of the plasma screens. Hardware Exper will provide all necessary hardware for the Internet areas and registration for the event. Food and Beverage Participants of Bilisim Summit '06 and Forum@Bilisim will benefit from tea and coffee services provided within the frame of their registration upon showing their tea coffee tickets. Further, service corners will be available throughout the day at the foyers where participants will be able to meet their food and beverage needs at their own expense. Forum@Bilisim Case Every participant, registering to Forum@Bilişim will be entitled for a case. The bags will be distributed in a controlled system to the participants registered from the distribution point within the location. Documentation Program brochure of Bilisim Summit '06 and Forum@Bilisim has been printed by Sabah. The participants will be able to the z-cards, containing eventual changes in the program brochure, together with the daily programs and the guide of the location from the registration desks. Additionally, at the location, there will be boards informing about the program. These boards will gİve detailed information about the forums. Press Center and Business Center The Press Center and Business Center for the summit Bilişim Summit '06 and Forum@Bilisim will be set up at the Marmara Hall. For these places, it will be possible to obtain current press releases. Further, interviews of the sponsor will be made in these locations. Press Relations The PR activities of the Bilişim Summit '06 and Forum@Bilisim will be carried by PR Aktif. The Press will be hosted by the PR Aktif staff and guided accordingly.
