e-Governmental applications aiming the transformation into an information society, require a structuring, which has integrated, efficient, transparent and simple business processes. The efficient, productive, qualitative, fast, secure and seamless planning and management of governmental services by the use of information communication technologies, their notification to citizens and the expansion of the democracy throughout the country by enabling citizens to interactive participation, constitute the core of e-government applications. By sharing e-governmental and public ICT projects, which have been implemented with success in regional countries during the inter-governmental e-Government conference to be organized during Bilisim Zirvesi’10, important contributions will be made to the removal of the digital divide and establishing the peace in the region with the possibilities of collaboration and technology transfer.
