Attacks and piracy have started to constitute major threats for the virtual world with the growing number of open networks and access to networks. Considering that virtual attacks made to the information systems and strategic authorities of countries constitute much higher disasters than physical damages, the cyber security policies in our country and the investments made into such areas have started to gain on importance.
