The essence of e-Government applications is to plan and manage e-Government services actively, efficiently, fast, secure and seamlessly by the means of information technologies, its offering to the the public and the effective provision of participation along with the expansion of the democratic management in throughout the nation.
With e-Government applications, the Government economizes its operation processes, increases the quality thereof and shortens times required for.
E-Government applications aiming the transformation into an information society requires a structuring, which is integrated, efficient, transparent and simplified business processes. Here, one of the most important points is, that along with the investments made, the structures have to be in coherent with each other in terms of interoperability. Consequently, generated will be solutions with easy integration and used to the benefit of the country.

E-Government can provide the participation of each citizen to the management. Thus, important contributions can be provided to the progress of the democratic process of a nation. The expansion of the information culture can improve the culture of participation.
