IT Solutions in Defence Industry

During the process of globalisation, the requirements of countries for the protection of their existence and territorial integrity, the provision of national and international security and their taking precautions against any type of threats have increased extensively. Today, the issue of security is no longer restricted with the military. It has proved to be required in every field of life, starting from health to environment, from transportation to public. Priority has been given to the coordination of the ICT infrastructure of such different institutions and organizations.
Within the scope of the national defence strategies, we will discuss at the Conference related to IT Solutions for Defence the development of high technology skills of the Turkish defence industry, the increase of the share in the local industrial production and the opening of our production of defence technologies to international markets.
