Future at Telecom Conference
A platform has been established to discuss the growing opportunities at the emerging telecom market in Turkey, new expansions and added value services. At Bilisim Zirvesi ’08, the Future at Telecom Conference will be realized with the support of Telecommunications Authority and TUTED (Association of Telecommunications Businessmen). Homeland Security Conference
In a global and open world without boarders, the concept of a secured life has started to gain on strategic importance. "Homeland Security" concept has not only been limited by military defence in terms of security but has also shown, that it has to be involved in every field of life. In short, beside the intensive military organization for the national security, the civil structuring was required. The necessity for the coordination of the information technology infrastructure of different authorities such as armed forces, gendarme, coast guard, police and emergency case management services and their structures have come up.
Taking into consideration the importance of this issue, Homeland Security Conference will take place during Bilisim Summit '08. Homeland security covering a wide area starting from transportation to health, from environment to terrorism and city security will be discussed with all its aspects by experts at Bilisim Zirvesi ’08.
Homeland Security Conference is organised with the support of SASAD (Defence Industry Manufacturers Association) and TESID (Turkish Association of Electronics and Information Industries).

e-Health/Tele Health Conference and Thematic Section
e-Health covers the provision of increased access to all functions of information and communication technologies for healing of citizens with health services and the use of qualified, effective and productive services by all stakeholders of the health industry.
The e-Health/Tele health event, to be realized within the frame of the Bilisim Zirvesi '08 is a platform at which effective role of the ICT is discussed from all its aspects by individuals, hospitals (the health institution) and the doctors and concerning our sound life in future.
We will rediscover e-health solutions, which increase the health service quality in our country and which will be used effectively by the citizens at Bilisim Zirvesi ’08 and the thematic section of CeBIT Bilisim Eurasia.

ICT Export Conference
The field of ICT, which is the most strategic one in creating added value for the business world, is at the same time a field, which has to increase the export capacity to boost the progress of a nation. Young Summit
Humanity is in a process of evolution. Differences between generations grow increasingly. On the other side, today minimum three different generations have to live and work together. Change is progressing much faster! The common basic concern in all over the world and at any age is the future!
In our country of which 60% of the population is under 30 years old and most of the population is "young", the Young Summit, which will take place for the first time to inform youngsters preparing themselves to the future, will discuss the main topic: “How will be the future?: Discover your future!”. Human, business and technology will be focused under the main topic.
What is going to happen in the fields, which we call human and business? How should young people, institutions and educators prepare themselves to the future? What is the opinion of futurists, visionaries? How will information technologies shape the future?
Young Summit is organized with the support of M-GEN Future Planning Center and Turkish Informatics Foundation together with the cooperation of Dale Carnegie Turkey, Istanbul Digital Culture and Arts Foundation and Turkish Futurists Association.
