Paul serves Consumer Product Strategy professionals. During his seven years at Forrester, Paul has driven both short-term immediate research needs, using Forrester's Consumer Technographics® data, and long-term strategic research around big ideas like the digital home, the tipping point online, and the evolution of the home PC.
