Mustafa Boydak - Boydak Holding, Deputy Chairman of the Board Since 1999, Mustafa Boydak has been acting as the Chairman of the Board of HES Kablo and of Turkiye Finans Katilim Bankasi, the Vice Chairman of the Board of Boydak Holding. He is member of the Board of many Group companies. Boydak has been a member of TUSIAD (Turkish Industrialists’ and Businessmen’s Association) since 1998. He graduated in 1987 from the High School of Mugla University, the Department of Business Administration. He has worked as executive in the purchasing and foreign trade departments of HES Kablo during the years 1990-1994. In 1994, he has become the Chairman of the Board of Merkez Celik A.S., established by the Boydak family by the end of 1994. He has been the member and chairman of the Board of many group companies. Since 2005, he has been the Chairman of the Board of the Kayseri Chamber of Industry.
