Since 2000 Ciliv, has held executive positions in Microsoft World Center in USA. From 1997 to 2000, he was Country General Manager of Microsoft Turkey in Istanbul. Ciliv co-founded Novasoft Systems Inc in Boston, USA where he was both the CEO and the Chairman of the Board between 1987-1997. Sureyya Ciliv received his MBA degree from Harward University in 1983. He also has Computer Engineering and Industrial & Operational Engineering degrees from the University of Michigan where he had graduated with honors.
Lucien Arkas, Arkas Holding, Chairman of the Board
Lucien Arkas was born in Izmir in 1945 and graduated from St. Joseph High School. He started his business career at the Lucien Arkas Shipping Agency in 1964 and continues as Chairman of ARKAS HOLDING today.
In addition to Turkish, Lucien Arkas speaks fluent English, French, Italian and Greek.
He is the President of the Transport Group of TUSIAD, Treasurer of the Maritime Transporters Association-Izmir, member of the Chamber of Shipping, the Aegean Industrialists and Businessmen Association and is Commercial Counsellar of France in Turkey.
He has been awarded three Knight’s Orders: French National Order of Merit, French Legion of Honour, the Italian Republic Order of Merit.

Daniel Kolski has been in the telecom industry for more than 30 years. He joined the Alcatel group in 1985 coming from the IS world. He worked for 10 years in R&D, product management, and product marketing, several years of which were spent in the United States and Canada. Originally an information systems engineer, Mr. Kolski spent about 15 years in data networking before expanding his expertise to voice and multimedia, mobile networking, and network applications.
