| Homeland Security Forum |
| The change of the understanding of the threat by the countries since September 11, 2001 has brought a new dimension to the economy, culture, politics and technology beyond the military power and introduced Turkey the concept of Homeland Security. Starting from military and civil defence to boarder security, from health to environment, from transportation to energy, it has become clear that countries have to reshape the security environment in many fields. At which level is Turkey in terms of the concept of homeland security? What are the important roles of public enterprises, who base their strategies on a technology focused process in parallel to the progress in information technologies. |
